pybrops.core.mat.TaxaTraitMatrix.check_is_TaxaTraitMatrix(v, vname)

Check if object is of type TaxaTraitMatrix. Otherwise raise TypeError.

Parameters:

• v (object) – Any Python object to test.

• vname (str) – Name of variable to print in TypeError message.

None
